Job Summary:

We are looking for a Operations Officer to manage and coordinate the shipping and distribution of dietary supplements. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth logistical operations, tracking shipments, and maintaining compliance with storage and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage transportation and distribution processes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor vehicle movements and ensure delivery schedules are met accurately.
• Communicate with suppliers and shipping companies to resolve issues.
• Prepare daily reports on inventory, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with storage and safety standards specific to dietary supplements.
• Utilize inventory management and systems to track shipments efficiently.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to meet client needs.
• Optimize transportation operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Completed military service (or officially exempted).
• Previous experience in operations management (preferably in the food or dietary supplements sector).
• Strong knowledge of storage, distribution, and inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
