- Communicating the benefits of a company's products in order to drive sales.
- Ensuring a smooth sales process.
- Demonstrating excellent customer services and professionalism during in store.
- Serving as the point of contact between the company and our customers.
- Identifying and educating customers with information and assistance that relates to products while emphasizing the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Supplying management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Meeting or exceeding sales target.
- Welcoming customers with positive gesture and smile.
- Maintaining branch image, whether by its cleanliness or by products classification on the shelfs.
- Conducting a weekly sheet for branch needs; such as products, bags or anything that may impact your branch.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as sales representative or relevant field
- Strong selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Very Good English
- Well organised and detail-oriented
